The main goal of the present thesis is to analyze electronic and charge transport in organic semiconductors samples with different polymer/sensitizer ration. The electronic and transport properties of organic semiconductor samples based in three components: the holetransporting polymer matrix poly(N,N’-bis(4-hexyloxyphenyl)-N’-(4-(9-phenyl-9Hfluoren- 9-yl)- phenyl)-4,4’-benzidine) (PFo6-TPD)/poly(N,N’-bis(4-hexyloxyphenyl)-N’- (4-(9-phenyl-9H-fluoren-9-yl)-phenyl)phenylen-1,4-diamine) (PFo6-PDA), the sensitizer [phenyl-C60-butyric acid methyl ester] (PCBM) [3], and the NLO chromophores 2,5- dimethyl-(4-p-nitrophenylazo) anisole and (DMNPAA) 3-methoxy-(4-p-nitrophenylazo)- anisole (MNPAA) has been measured. Samples with a thickness of 8µm and 0.25 cm2 front/back area were prepared by sandwiching the material between two glasses covered by the transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes.
